Dept of Civil Engineering, RCET organized a 2-day International Conference on Career Research and Oppurtunituies .The conference organized in the premises of RCET, witnessed participation of 4 keynote speakers and 30 technical presentations spread over 9 technical sessions. The aspirants assembled from various engineering colleges with a very high competitive spirit to participant and with the strong determination to include their achievements & accomplishments to their resumes.

A souvenir and book of abstract was published on this occasion. The souvenir gave brief introduction of the Department of Civil Engineering.

During Key Note Address,

• Dr.Juraev S.Sirojiddin said that to change the process of development, the students should inculcate the habit of challenging every process and stressed on collaboration for growth.
• Prof.Arindam elucidated on opportunities and challenges available in the field of Civil Engineering and how to convert the learning’s into industry’s expectation
• Dr.S.U.Kannan stressed on the use of locally available materials in construction.

A cultural evening showcasing the students talent was held in the conference venue. The best talents were recognized and the two-day event got concluded successfully with a good team effort. The conference ended with a valedictory function.
