On behalf of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, we are delighted to express our sincere gratitude to our Honourable Chairman Sir, Respected Pro-Chairman Sir, Managing Director Ma’am, and Principal Sir for providing the students with a valuable opportunity to participate in the One Day Workshop on “Build Your First REST API with Spring Boot,” conducted on 28th February 2026.

The students actively participated in this workshop and gained valuable knowledge about REST API development using Spring Boot. The session focused on the fundamentals of Spring Boot framework, REST architecture, creating APIs, handling HTTP requests and responses, and integrating backend services, enabling students to understand how modern web applications communicate through APIs.

We extend our sincere thanks to the esteemed resource person Mr. Sribinu P., Java Developer, Feather Software Solutions, for delivering an informative session enriched with practical demonstrations and real-time coding examples. His industry experience and interactive teaching approach helped students clearly understand the concepts of API development and backend application design.

Overall, the workshop was an enriching learning experience. It provided students with practical exposure to Spring Boot and REST API development, improved their backend programming knowledge, and motivated them to explore modern Java-based web development technologies.
