The Centre for Skill Development of Rohini College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous) successfully conducted a two-day training program titled “TECHNICAL INTERVIEW READINESS PROGRAM” on 2th & 3th September 2025. This program was organized exclusively for Final Year MCA and CSE students, in association with TALENT64, a renowned industry training partner known for placement-focused upskilling.

   To equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel in technical interviews and campus recruitment drives. It focused on both technical preparation and soft skills development, aligning academic learning with real-time industry expectations.

Program Highlights:

- Intensive training on technical interview questions

- Key topics in C, Python, OOPs, DBMS, and SQL

- Tips on problem-solving, logic building, and coding best practices

- Mock technical interviews and personalized feedback

- Resume review and interview readiness assessment

   This initiative was designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, ensuring that students are not only technically competent but also confident and well-prepared for placement opportunities. The program received excellent feedback from participants and added significant value to their placement preparation journey.
