On behalf of the Department of Computer Applications successfully organized a five-day Skill Development Program for MCA Batch (2025 – 2027) students in collaboration with Talent64, a reputed training organization from Madurai. The program, titled “Career Launchpad – Professional Transition & Grooming Program,” was aimed at transforming the mindset of first-year MCA students from an academic approach to a professional one. The sessions were designed to be interactive, activity-based, and focused on essential soft skills, self-awareness, communication, goal setting, and career readiness.

       The 5-day Skill Development Program proved to be a highly enriching and impactful experience for the MCA 2025 batch students. It enhanced their professional readiness and helped bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations.
