National Level Technical Symposium – “XYBERNETIC 2026”
The Department of Computer Applications of Rohini College of Engineering and Technology successfully organized the National Level Technical Symposium – “XYBERNETIC 2026” on 1 September 2026. The symposium was organized with the objective of providing students with a platform to showcase their technical knowledge, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and innovative ideas.
The programme commenced with a warm Welcome Address delivered by Ms.S.Varsha, II MCA, who extended a cordial welcome to the dignitaries, faculty members, participants, and students gathered for the symposium.
The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. R. Rajesh, Principal. In his inspiring address, he emphasized the importance of technical knowledge, innovation, continuous learning, and developing skills relevant to the rapidly evolving technological landscape. His encouraging words motivated the students to actively participate and make the best use of the opportunities provided by the symposium.
The Guest Introduction was presented by Ms.Aro Joshna, I MCA, who introduced the Chief Guest and highlighted his professional accomplishments and expertise.
The programme was graced by Mr. Shaffiq Ahamed, Lead Software Engineer, UST, as the Chief Guest. In his address, he shared valuable insights from his professional experience and highlighted the importance of continuously developing technical skills, staying updated with emerging technologies, and applying innovative thinking to solve real-world problems. His insightful address inspired and motivated the participants.
A special highlight of the event was the release of the Department Magazine and Newsletter. The publications showcased the academic achievements, creative contributions, departmental activities, student accomplishments, events, and various initiatives of the Department of Computer Applications. The release marked an important milestone in celebrating the talents and achievements of the students and faculty members of the department.
The event brought together enthusiastic participants from various colleges, creating an engaging environment for learning, technical interaction, and healthy competition. Various technical events and challenges were organized as part of the symposium, encouraging students to demonstrate their technical knowledge, creativity, logical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
The symposium provided participants with an excellent opportunity to interact, learn, compete, and showcase their talents in various technical domains. The enthusiastic participation and active involvement of students contributed significantly to the success of the event.
The event concluded with the recognition of the winners and outstanding participants. Certificates and prizes were presented to the deserving students in appreciation of their achievements and active participation.
The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Ms.K.S.Deepika, II MCA, who expressed sincere gratitude to the Chief Guest, management, principal, faculty members, participants, student volunteers, and everyone who contributed to the successful organization of the symposium.
