On behalf of ICT Academy, HR CONCLAVE 2025, themed ‘Campus to Corporate’ was organized and successfully conducted on 28-03-2025 in our college. This Conclave was aimed at giving an insight on career related opportunities and information to pre-final year students of different branches of engineering. Six eminent HRs from different esteemed organizations attended the conclave and shared their valuable thoughts on career perspectives to students. The guest speakers are as follows. Mr.T.K VELAYUDHAM, MD & CEO- ECESIS Group, Mr. SAM DAVID, Associate Director, Human Resources - Cape Start, Mr. BASVIN, Assistant Manager, Human Capital Management, NeeyamoWorks, Mr NEELESH, Assistant Manager – HR ECESIS Group, Mr. ANBALAGAN SAMYNATHAN,  Co- Founder of Brand Mindz Global & Founder of Nellai Specialz and Mr. Kaniraja Jeyasingh, Enterprises Tech Arch Manager Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd addressed the students on various career outlooks. The session was conducted in an interactive manner and the questions raised by students were also addressed by the HRs. ICT Academy Privilege Membership Certificate of ROHINI College of Engineering and Technology, Kanyakumari, was received by the Principal of RCET during the HR Conclave Event. This session will be creating a good impact on the upcoming 2025-26 placements.
