The Centre for Skill Development of Rohini College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous) successfully conducted a two-day training program titled “CAREER LAUNCH: Interview Preparation Training” on 28th & 29th August 2025. This program was organized exclusively for Final Year MCA and CSE students, in collaboration with TALENT64, a reputed industry training partner.

    This initiative was designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, with a focus on preparing students for campus recruitment and competitive job markets. It was aimed at equipping Final Year students with the essential skills required to face technical and HR interviews with confidence.

Training Highlights:

- Fundamentals of resume building and personal branding 

- Tips for effective group discussions and public speaking 

- HR interview skills, confidence building, and etiquette 

- Time management, communication skills, and real-world interview simulations

      The sessions were highly interactive, and students had the opportunity to clarify doubts, participate in live activities, and receive personalized guidance from trainers with corporate experience. Expert trainers from TALENT64 engaged students with interactive sessions and real-world interview scenarios, ensuring they were well-prepared to meet industry expectations. This training was well-received by all participants and significantly boosted their confidence, making them better prepared for upcoming placement opportunities.
